Production
We offer efficient, flexible cargo handling services for all types of cargo and vessels. The stuffing and stripping of units at our port is carried out by modern equipment, and the continuous training of our personnel ensures the quality and efficiency of our work.
Herman Andersson, in close co-operation with the Port of Oulu, is committed to developing Oulu into the leading port for forest industry products and unitized cargo in northern Finland. The latest investments are a new Panamax-type crane for container handling and the extension of the main quay by about 80 m giving it a total length of 340 m.
The terminal of combined transports in the proximity of the Port, as well as good railway connections to the quays further support the port operations.
Container terminal
Our terminal receives, stores and delivers goods and units that pass through the port, and the depot staff checks, stores and even repairs containers when needed.The terminal is also equipped with plug spots for units that require electricity. There is a separate area for hazardous cargo, and a warm warehouse maintained by the Port of Oulu is available for goods sensitive to cold.

Weekdays 6 a.m. to 22 p.m.
Saturdays 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
